Dicas de uma amiga de longe

My new approach is to not worry and just assume that I’ll know what to do when I get there. I noticed this when I was riding my bicycle with Amy a few weeks ago — how when you’re coming up to something tricky, like a curb or a branch to go around, you can’t really plan, you can’t really know what to do until you get right on top of it. And those decisions are so precise, they really depend on the conditions of the moment. So even though you can see it coming, it doesn’t help to worry about it. You just have to know that you’ll make them when you get there.

É isso aí, Lydia. Thanks so much, girl!
